Refund Policy

REFUNDS

At Hymn & Honey, all of our candles are carefully inspected and securely packaged before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns of candles that have been used. However, if items in your order were damaged during shipment, then please contact us with photographic proof within 3 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to replace or refund the item.
 

RETURNS

Only candles in their original condition will be accepted for return within 5 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping on all items.

To ensure your return is received in good condition, please return with the original packaging materials if possible, or provide alternate materials to ensure the candle is safely secured during shipping.

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Since we are committed to delivering your product as soon as possible, we are unable to cancel an order once it is submitted.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If your refund has not yet been processed, please ensure you've allowed 3 to 5 business days. If your refund is not reflected after the allotted time, please contact your payment provider. If you've contacted your payment provider but still have not received your refund, please contact us.

 

EXCHANGES

We currently do not accept any exchanges. If you have received a damaged product, please email us with clear pictures and details of the damage to receive a refund or a replacement of the damaged item (same item only.) 

SHIPPING

When receiving a refund for a damaged product, we’re happy to replace at our cost. To return your product, please contact us and we will provide you the appropriate shipping address.

For all other returns you will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
